This Privacy Policy explains how bizzy bee HQ (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you use our website/app (the “Marketplace”) and related services.
We’re a curated storefront. You discover products here, complete checkout on the creator’s website, then (optionally) log what you bought in your profile to keep access links in one place. Because checkout happens off-site, creators are responsible for any personal information you provide on their domains (see “Third-Party Sites & Checkouts”).
We operate primarily under Canada’s private-sector privacy law PIPEDA and, where applicable, Alberta’s PIPA. You’ll find how to exercise your rights and who regulates these laws in the “Your Privacy Rights” section. Privacy Commissioner Canada+2Alberta.ca+2
