Pro (“you”): The seller of a product/service listed here.
Product: Courses, templates, memberships, programs, coaching, or services.
Referral Link: Your affiliate link or a unique tracking URL that credits our traffic.
Member: The customer who purchases on your site.
You must be 18+, able to enter a binding agreement, and operate a legitimate business.
You must provide a support contact, refund policy, and business location (country/state/province).
If you sell into regulated niches (financial/health/legal), you must include required disclosures and comply with applicable laws and advertising standards.
What to include: Who it’s for, learning outcomes/deliverables, what’s inside (modules, files, bonuses), time commitment, prerequisites, support channel(s), and refund policy.
Claims: Substantiate any results claims. No income guarantees. No “get rich quick.”
Media: Only upload assets you own or have licensed (logos, screenshots, testimonials).
Price parity: The price shown on your checkout must match (or be lower than) what’s shown on your listing here. If you’re running a promo, update your listing or notify us.
Changelog: If your product updates meaningfully, add a short update note so buyers know what’s new.
Illegal, infringing, hateful, or deceptive content.
Scraped, PLR-only “products” with no original value.
Medical/financial/legal claims without disclaimers and compliance.
Spyware/malware, or any content that circumvents platform security.
Review gating, fake scarcity (“only 1 seat left” for evergreen), or fabricated testimonials.
Your checkout, your CRM. All purchases happen on your site. You own the customer.
Referral link required. Provide a working affiliate/referral link or unique URL. We may append UTM params (e.g., utm_source=marketplace&utm_medium=referral&utm_campaign=).
Attribution: Your program must allow first- or last-click credit for our traffic. If you don’t have an affiliate system, we’ll use our standard referral agreement (outlined in your Creator Dashboard).
Link integrity: You must keep links live. Broken links must be fixed within 48 hours of notification. Repeated breaks may pause your listing.
Cookie windows: State your cookie/attribution window. Changing it retroactively without notice is not allowed.
Pricing: You control pricing and promos. Don’t misrepresent urgency or discounts.
Refunds: Display your refund policy clearly on your checkout. Honor it. If you deny a refund contrary to your posted policy, we may remove the listing.
Support: Provide at least one support channel (email, helpdesk). Target response time: within 2 business days.
Chargebacks: You handle chargebacks. We may request anonymized evidence for fraud review.
Verified reviews: When we can confirm a purchase (via integration or receipt), we mark it “Verified.”
No incentives for positive reviews. You may ask for reviews, but you can’t require a positive rating or suppress negatives. If you offer incentives, you must disclose that.
Right to reply: You can publicly respond to reviews to clarify fixes or updates. Keep it professional.
Moderation: We remove spam, abuse, and doxxing—not honest, critical feedback.
You guarantee your listing and product don’t infringe others’ IP.
You grant us a non-exclusive license to display your product name, logo, screenshots, and excerpts for the purpose of listing and promoting your product on our site/emails/social.
Don’t use our trademarks or brand elements without written permission.
We don’t process your buyers’ payments or store their passwords.
We may collect aggregated analytics on clicks, conversions (when available), and review activity.
You must comply with applicable privacy laws (e.g., PIPEDA, GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, CAN-SPAM/CASL) and provide a privacy policy on your site.
If you share any data with us, it must be necessary, minimal, and lawful.
Advertising/endorsement rules: Follow FTC/Competition Bureau guidance on endorsements and disclosures.
Regulated claims: Include disclaimers where required (health/finance/legal).
Accessibility: Aim for accessible content (captions for video, readable contrast, no essential info locked in images).
How we earn: Through your affiliate/referral program or our standard referral terms.
Payouts: If using your affiliate system, you pay on your normal affiliate schedule. If using our custom referral terms, we’ll invoice or settle per the Creator Dashboard (typically net-15/30 after clearance).
Changes: We may update fee structures; we’ll give reasonable notice.
We may audit listings for accuracy, broken links, and policy compliance.
We may request substantiation for claims or permissions for assets.
We can pause or remove listings that fail audits or receive substantiated buyer complaints.
We can suspend or remove a listing for policy violations, repeated broken links, unresolved buyer issues, or deceptive practices.
You can request removal at any time; we’ll remove within a reasonable window (typically 3–5 business days).
Disputes should be raised via the Creator support channel in your Dashboard; we aim to resolve quickly and fairly. (Nothing here waives any non-waivable consumer rights.)
You’re responsible for your product, checkout, delivery, and customer support.
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your product, marketing, or checkout.
The marketplace is provided “as-is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
We’ll update these from time to time. Material changes will be sent to you by email. Continued listing indicates acceptance of updates.
